'RHOA' STAR PORSHA WILLIAMS’ ERECTILE DYSFUNCION DISPUTE WITH EX-HUSBAND SIMON GUOBADIA NOW OVER

Guobadia had argued the posts damaged his reputation, while Williams denied the claims, insisting the comments were not about him. In dismissing the case, the judge warned that if Guobadia attempts to refile the lawsuit, he could be liable for Williams’ legal fees.
The dismissal came after Guobadia said he was unable to attend trial due to his deportation from the United States in late 2025. While Williams agreed to the case being dropped, she had requested that her legal costs be covered — a request that was denied.
Despite the ruling, Guobadia maintained that the matter is not concluded. “A dismissal without prejudice means I retain the full legal right to refile the same claims… No court has ruled that my claims were invalid or without merit,” he said.
He added: “This is fundamentally different from what Porsha Williams' legal team was pushing for… She did not walk away with the legal vindication her team was seeking.”
Guobadia also signalled potential further action, stating: “I am currently conferring with my legal team regarding whether to refile the case… this matter is far from over.” The ruling leaves open the possibility of continued legal proceedings between the former couple.
