BlakPost.com is an online portal that publishes everything related to lives of African Americans as well as people of African descent living in America, Europe, Asia, Australia, South America, Carribean, Africa, and the Middle East. Aside from relating to African Americans, we offer information, opinions, and news from other walks of life.
The portal was launched by a privately owned company in December 2016 and operates under the laws of the United Sates. Our main office is located in Houston, Texas. Through this legal setup, we publish news in a completely independent and neutral manner. We have also established a platform where users can express themselves freely through opinion articles and by commenting on the news without being censored.
The news on the portal is updated by a team of writers and editors who write articles and aggregrate news from over 30 news organizations globally. The wide range of different media (print and online) from which we aggregrate ensures a balanced coverage of the news.
Our portal is constantly being improved and extended by web developers and web designers. The site is designed to meet the requirements of the 72,000 unique visitors who read our website each month.
