Simone Biles will soon have a new place to display her 11 Olympic medals as construction on her Texas home nears completion in a few months. On August 22, the gymnast shared a quick video on her Instagram Stories, showing the almost finished kitchen in the waterfront mansion she’s
building with her NFL husband, Jonathan Owens.

Biles, 27, paired a mirror selfie with a to-do list, noting she spent the day in house meetings, working on landscaping, pool plans, and finalizing audio and security features. This update came just nine days after she posted photos of the construction, including the kitchen, dressing room, large shower, potential gym, and other areas.

Since 2023, Biles has been giving fans glimpses of her home-buildingMjourney, sharing both progress and challenges. Last November, she expressed frustration on Instagram after discovering some issues during a "trim walk."

However, her latest update was more positive, expressing excitement about turning the house into a home. “So excited to make this house a HOME ... a couple more months,” she captioned a video panning across the kitchen, adding a smiley face.

Recently, Biles also shared her happiness about being back home after the Paris Olympics, saying she’s “never been so happy” on August
12.

In addition to the house, Biles might soon have a new luxury ride. On Thursday, she posted a photo of a 2025 Mercedes-Benz G 550 SUV, commonly known as a G Wagon, which costs between $149,400 and $175,000 depending on the features.

This house project marks another milestone for Biles and Owens, who got engaged in February 2022 after meeting on the Raya dating app in March 2020. They tied the knot in a courthouse wedding in April 2023, followed by a destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
