Will Smith made a grand return to the red carpet on Thursday, May 30, at the Los Angeles premiere of "Bad Boys: Ride or Die," the fourth
installment in the series. The 55-year-old actor was accompanied by his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, their children Trey, 31, Jaden, 25, Willow, 23, and Jada's mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, 70. Will shares Jaden and Willow with Jada and Trey with his ex-wife Sheree Zampino.

Smith, co-star Martin Lawrence, directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, and producer Jerry Bruckheimer made a dramatic entrance at the TCL Chinese Theatre, arriving atop a double-decker bus. Upon arrival, Smith took the microphone and rapped a segment of his hit song "Miami."

The Oscar-winning actor sported an all-black ensemble, featuring wide-leg trousers, a scoop-neck T-shirt, and a black satin suit jacket with subtle floral details. His look was completed with black patent leather loafers, a chunky black and cream necklace, brown glasses, and a black beanie hat. Jada dazzled in a geometric-patterned, translucent gown with black lines providing peek-a-boo effects, accessorized with black open-toed heels and diamond stud earrings.

Their daughter Willow embraced a 1970s-inspired outfit, wearing a floor-length brown and white plaid coat paired with matching trousers. Jaden echoed his father's style with oversized black denim cargo pants, a white button-down shirt, and a black puffer vest, accessorized with a black tie. Trey opted for a simple teal suit, while Adrienne Banfield-Norris donned a floor-length dark wash denim dress, complemented by a chunky gold necklace, thick hoop earrings, and an intricate bracelet.

Martin Lawrence also attended the premiere with his family, including daughters Jasmine Page, 28, Iyanna Faith, 23, and Amara Trinity, 21. Jasmine is Lawrence’s daughter with ex-wife Patricia Southall, while Iyanna and Amara are from his marriage to Shamicka Gibbs, who also joined them on the red carpet.

Smith and Lawrence, 59, have starred as Miami detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Bennett since the original 1995 "Bad Boys" film. The new movie's trailers reveal that Mike and Marcus are on the run after the death of their commanding officer, Captain Conrad Howard (Joe Pantoliano), who isframed in a corruption case.

"This summer, the world's favorite Bad Boys are back with their iconic mix of edge-of-your-seat action and outrageous comedy, but this time with a twist: Miami's finest are now on the run," reads an official synopsis for the movie.

"Bad Boys: Ride or Die" marks Smith's first acting role since 2022's "Emancipation." Lawrence last appeared in a film in 2022's "Mindcage," with his previous big-screen role being in 2020’s "Bad Boys for Life." The new movie, featuring stars like Alexander Ludwig, Vanessa Hudgens,
Eric Dane, Tasha Smith, Ioan Gruffudd, Paola Nuñez, Jacob Scipio, Melanie Liburd, and Tiffany Haddish, is directed by El Arbi and Fallah, with Michael Bay having directed the original 1995 film and its 2003 sequel.
