Tina Knowles has taken a stand following Kanye West's unprovoked attack on her grandchildren. The 71-year-old matriarch responded with dignity after West made deeply inappropriate comments about Beyoncé and Jay-Z's 7-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir.

"It's hard to remain positive and classy in the face of ignorance and evil. But I know that no weapon formed against me or my family shall prosper," Knowles wrote on Instagram Wednesday alongside a video of herself sharing what she called a "corny joke." Her message continued with resolute faith: "This battle is not mine, but the Lord's, I know that God has got this."

The incident began Tuesday night when West, 47, posted vile comments questioning the mental capacity of the Carter twins. Though he initially deleted the post, he later reposted it with the troubling explanation that he removed it only because "there was a possibility of my Twitter being cancelled."

According to Page Six, West later acknowledged some regret, writing, "I LOVE JAY Z AND I DO FEEL BAD. I ALWAYS FELT LIKE THE BLACK SHEEP LIKE I WANTED FAMILY IN THIS MUSIC S--T." He cited feeling "slighted" when the power couple missed his 2014 wedding to Kim Kardashian.

This attack represents the latest chapter in a deteriorating relationship between former collaborators. West and Jay-Z, once close enough to create the acclaimed 2011 album "Watch the Throne," experienced a significant falling out in 2016 when West publicly criticized Jay-Z for not checking on his family after Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.

Actress-singer Holly Robinson Peete called West's comments a "disgusting tweet," reflecting widespread public condemnation. Social media users expressed outrage at West's unprovoked attack on minor children who have been largely kept out of the public eye by their parents.

The Carter twins, unlike their 13-year-old sister Blue Ivy who has gradually entered the spotlight through red carpet appearances and performances with her mother, are rarely seen in public. This privacy has been a deliberate choice by Beyoncé, 43, and Jay-Z, 55.

West's comments about the Carter children came amid a string of controversial statements. Recently, he claimed Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura "extorted" $30 million from Sean "Diddy" Combs following her November 2023 lawsuit alleging rape and abuse. He also threatened to "go to war" with ex-wife Kardashian over their daughter North's vocal contribution to a song featuring Combs.

Neither Beyoncé nor Jay-Z have directly responded to West's comments about their children. The couple has historically maintained a dignified silence regarding personal attacks, allowing Tina Knowles' measured response to stand as the family's official position on the matter.

Dr. Umar, famously known as an activist, a philanthropist and a motivational speaker was accused of neglect by his daughter Nisa. She also accused him of being a hypocrite and preaching things he doesn’t practice.

In response to these allegations, Dr. Umar took to Instagram, where he quickly fired back at Nisa’s claims. He accused her of using his name for “clout” and dismissed her accusations. “Trying to build your streamers’ struggles off of my back? Coming up out of nowhere, acting like you been looking for me,” he wrote. “Get mama smurf… I will have my White man paperwork. When can we do this sit-down?… Been paying child support since you came out the womb. Deadbeat who?”

Dr. Umar claims his daughter is after clout and money since he has been in contact with her for the past 8 years and his phone number has never changed. He also went ahead to claim that he has been making effort to see his child and spend time with her, however, every time he tries to initiate such a meeting, his request was always denied.

“I posted a screenshot of my monthly Instagram views which is around 18 million views monthly. My daughter, seeing all the free publicity these women were receiving, seized upon the opportunity to help herself to some free promotion as well through a slander campaign against her father for money and views,” Umar proceeded to write. He claims Nisa has been bragging about the views she has been getting for her “slander” videos and is currently charging $5,000 for an interview.

Following her accusations of Dr. Umar being a “deadbeat father,” Nisa also claims that he physically abused her mother in the past. “He put his f**king hands on her. What the f**k is wrong with him? He should be in f**king jail,” she claimed. “Like, really, he should be in jail.” She also shared more details about her mother’s alleged relationship with him, revealing that they met in college and that they ended things after five years of dating.

When Jonathan Majors sees a good thing, he knows it.

After dating for almost two years, the Lovecraft Country alum disclosed his marriage to Meagan Good on the Sherri program on March 19.

Jonathan became tearful as he remarked, I told Meagan yesterday that today might be the happiest day of my life.I adore that woman dearly. We fell in love.

He said, We finally got to do it, but it was always the plan. Jonathan also revealed that he asked Meagan's father for approval and that his mother, a preacher, was their officiant.

The Devotion actor revealed, After I spoke with her father again, we got these rings engraved in Hawaii.

Jonathan, 35, is getting married for the first time, while Meagan, 43, who was previously married to DeVon Franklin from 2012 to 2022, is being married for the second time.

The couple started dating in May 2023 after meeting at the Ebony Power 100 Gala in October 2022. Their romance came full circle the following year when they decided to announce their engagement during the yearly celebration.

At the gala, Meagan told E! News, EBONY Power 100 is the event that we met at in the bathrooms, in the unisex bathroom.

Meagan, who previously called their love story an amazing journey, and I cherish it deeply, hasn't held back since going public with their relationship, detailing how Jonathan has changed her life.

In January, the Harlem star told Ebony, This relationship has taught me about unconditional love. What it means to love someone who brings out the best in you and to be loved in all of your true self.

Jonathan has also conveyed his appreciation for Meagan, whom he began dating during a period of legal difficulties. Although he insisted on his innocence, he was jailed in New York City two months before the start of their romance on charges of beating his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.

Even though NBC News reports that he was ultimately found guilty of misdemeanor assault and harassment, given a sentence of 52 weeks of in-person treatment, and required to pay a $250 fine, he gave Meagan credit for being one of the people who supported him following the judgment.

In January 2024, he said, I'm really blessed, on Good Morning America. There are individuals all around me who care about and love me. However, this has been extremely challenging and confounding in a lot of ways. However, I'm standing.

Monique Angela, popularly known as Monique took to social media to write an open letter, expressing her frustration with Tyler Perry. The comedian and actress took to social media to talk about her situations with Perry, claiming he mishandled her.

Angie Stone recently passed away from a car accident, leaving the music industry grieving. Her celebration of life was held in South Carolina with many celebrities, including Tyler Perry sharing their final remark. During the service, Tyler Perry delivered an emotional speech that resonated with

Following Tyler Perry’s remarks, Monique claims that she hopes what Perry said at Angie’s funeral will inspire him to correct the wrongs he has done to her and her family. She started by sharing her condolences to Angie Stone’s family and friends. She claims Tyler Perry’s remarks during Angie Stone’s funeral has made her and her husband, Sidney to reflect on “some unsettling discrepancies in your actions towards me.”

Monique claims that despite Tyler Perry asking for accountability for Stone’s money, she has lost tens of millions due to a false narrative Perry perpetuated against her, leading her to be blackballed. “You mentioned being “tired” of us not receiving the benefits we deserve. Yet you asked me to promote Precious for free, without a contract or compensation, which highlights your double standard,” Monique wrote, accusing Perry of double standards.

Monique also claims she does not understand how Perry condemns poor treatment of others, yet he has treated her poorly severally and accused her of being difficult despite never working with her before. She also alleges she has audio documentation to back up his maltreatment towards her. She also claims Perry promised her an apology but never apologized to her.

Brittney Bell took to social media to share a story about her ex – boyfriend being abusive towards her, claiming her ex has a celebrity brother who had a child with a well – known childhood actress. Sarunas Jackson is Darius Jackson’s brother.

In an exclusive interview with The Shade Room, Jackson denied claims of ever being physically violent towards Bell. Jackson claims he had never been violent towards Bell or any other woman in his life. “ Acknowledging that I’m a 6’8 black man, I am overly cautious of my presentation and physical potential. I have always been intentional about how I conduct myself, particularly in moments of heightened emotions,” Jackson wrote.

He claims Brittany Bell once became angry with Jackson’s dishonesty, prompting her to respond with a physical confrontation. He claims despite Bell being physically aggressive, he at no point become violent or intimidated her.

“ Since these public allegations, Brittney and I have been in contact on the phone, in which she has apologized and denied any form of domestic abuse occurring in our relationship. We have expressed mutual apologies for the personal matters that have unfolded publicly . We have had an on and off connection for a few years so I have deep respect for Brittney and she will always hold a special place in my heart,” Jackson
continued, telling the popular blog site, The Shade Room.

When asked whether he has another child outside of his relationship with Brittany, Jackson claims he does not have another child and neither does he have another one on the way. He claims that his 6- year old daughter with Brittany Bell is his heart and greatest purpose. He went ahead to call her his inspiration and the reason he pushes forward despite challenges that come his way.
