The New England Patriots star and the "Bodak Yellow rapper reaffirmed their romance on May 12 when they watched the New York Knicks defeat the Boston Celtics in the NBA playoffs from a courtside date night inside Madison Square Garden. Cardi, 32, and Stefon, 31, arrived at the historic venue hand in hand. The rapper Money wore an all-black leather skirt and crop top for the event, while the wide receiver wore an all-denim ensemble.
Stefon, who ignited relationship rumors following a dinner date in October, sat close to Cardi inside the game. Following the game, the NFL player was seen making physical contact with Cardi, kissing her on the neck. Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner, who also used the playoff game as a date night, were seated next to Mary J. Blige, and the WAP" rapper and football player were in good company.
Despite not using the opportunity to make things official on Instagram with the football player, Cardi made sure to give her fans a glimpse of her date night by posting a video of her iced-out wrist and Knicks blue nails on her Story.
Cardi, who is married to her ex-husband Offset and has three children, Kulture, six, Wave, and an 8-month-old daughter, went to the 2025 Met Gala with Stefon. The two did not, however, arrive together and were not pictured together at the event.
Stefon and Cardi were pictured together over Valentine's Day weekend in Miami before their date inside the garden. The two were spotted wearing identical red outfits when they arrived at the same hotel. Cardi and Stefon are dating for the first time since she divorced Offset, her husband of seven years, in August.
In April, Offset reacted to a fan who speculated that he was “punching air” amid the news of his estranged wife’s romance, noting, I'm happy for her .
