Halo, Youtuber DDG and singer Halle's son has been the face of numerous internet memes at an early age, however, despite him being quite popular on social media, Halle expressed her frustration. During a recent livestream with Kai Cenat, DDG was accompanied by their son, Halo, an action Halle has shunned.

The “little Mermaid” singer took to Instagram, writing, “ HI everyone, just so you know I am out of town and I don't approve of my baby being on a stream tonight. I wasn't told or notified and I'm extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people. I am his mother and protector and saddened that I wasn't notified, especially when I am out of town.” She also opened up about her struggles with postpartum depression. “As a woman experiencing postpartum, there are boundaries that I wish to be respected. Nobody knows what someone is going through until they snap,” she said.

Halle has faced backlash following her remarks, prompting her to deactivate her X social media account. “I’m trying to figure out what Halle want us to do about her situation when she knew how immature he was when she got with him,” one X user wrote. “ We couldn’t tell halle shit not even a couple of months ago, now she wanna ‘inform’ us about her baby daddy issues,” another one echoed. Other fans accused Halle of deactivating her X account after not getting the
reaction she expected.

“When Kanye said he doesn’t want his kids online, black twitter rallied behind him with pitchforks to burn Kim…Halle Bailey says the exact same thing and now she’s the devil? Why do y’all hate women so badly?” a fan said, coming to her defense. When social media accused Halle of being a hypocrite for saying she does not approve of her child to be in front of millions of people yet she posts him daily, some fans defended her.

“These are photos, she's not comfortable with the child being on a live stream on display for the entertainment of thousands of weirdos on the internet especially when she's not present. Let's use our brains.” Another fan wrote, “ Halle has every right to be upset . DDG should've communicated this with her before going live on a popular show! I'm sure he did and she disapproved which made him to want to do it even more to prove something. At the end of the day, it makes him look egotistical and exploitative.”
