Simon Guobadia has reportedly been deported back to Nigeria after spending months in ICE custody. TaiSavet, who is a good friend of Simon, confirmed that he was sent back home several days ago.
Guobadia is no longer in the U.S Department of Homeland security list as a detainee.
Guobadia was detained at the Stewart Detention Center in Lumpkin, Georgia. The businessman was first deported in 1992 but returned to the United States using an "undisclosed identity". Guobadia applied for U.S citizenship multiple times over the years but was denied on all occasions.
