On May 30, 2025, in a Manhattan federal courtroom, a woman identified only as “Mia” delivered harrowing testimony against Sean “Diddy” Combs, detailing years of alleged sexual abuse, physical violence, and psychological manipulation during her tenure as his personal assistant from 2009 to 2017.
Mia recounted multiple instances of sexual assault by Combs, beginning in 2009 during his 40th birthday party. She described being raped at his Los Angeles home and coerced into sexual acts throughout her employment. Mia testified that Combs stripped her of basic privacy, banning locked doors, and recounted being awakened by him in her bed and coerced into sexual acts. She also described physical abuse, including being thrown against walls and having objects hurled at her, such as a bowl of spaghetti. She claims that one time, Diddy poured her a shot and after she took the shots, she immediately felt different.
She claims that on another occasion, they were at the Beverly Crest House when Diddy allegedly forced himself on her again. She said she was in the closet preparing his bags when Diddy entered the closet and allegedly forced his penis into her mouth. During this part of the testimony, Mia reportedly burst into tears recalling the traumatizing incident.
Mia also testified about witnessing Combs violently assault his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, including a 2013 incident where he caused her to bleed. She described a threatening atmosphere in Combs’s home, particularly before a 2011 incident in which he allegedly broke into the home of Scott Mescudi (Kid Cudi) after discovering Mescudi’s relationship with Ventura.
Despite acknowledging Combs’ violent tendencies, his defense denies using coercion or influence for abuse. The trial includes multiple accusers, some testifying under pseudonyms for their protection. Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation for prostitution. If convicted, he faces a potential life sentence.
