In a recent interview with Camila Araujo, rapper and internet personality Bhad Bhabie, born Danielle Bregoli opened up about her journey into motherhood following the birth of her daughter, her complex relationship with her own mother, and the challenges she’s faced with her child’s father, Le Vaughn.
Bhad Bhabie, who rose to fame in 2016 after her appearance on Dr. Phil, became a mother in March 2024, welcoming her daughter, Kali Love, with then-boyfriend Le Vaughn. Reflecting on her new role, she shared, “Being a mom has changed me in ways I never imagined. It’s like my whole world shifted the moment I held Kali for the first time.”
Discussing her relationship with her own mother, Barbara Ann, Bhad Bhabie revealed, “My mom and I have had our ups and downs. Growing up, it was tough. But now, as a mother myself, I see things differently. I’m trying to break the cycle and be the best mom I can be for Kali.”
When it comes to co-parenting with Le Vaughn, Bhad Bhabie admitted that it’s been a challenging experience. “Le Vaughn and I are no longer together, and it’s been hard navigating parenthood separately. But my focus is on Kali and ensuring she has a stable, loving environment.” The rapper also addressed the public scrutiny she’s faced since becoming a mother. “People have a lot to say about me being a young mom, but they don’t see the love and dedication I have for my daughter. I’m doing my best, and that’s all that matters.”
When asked about Le Vaughn’s relationship with Alabama Barker, Bhad Bhabie said that she was aware that Le Vaughn had allegedly cheated on her with Alabama Barker. “I had already knew about him and Alabama. I had just learned how deep it was over the phone while I’m in Florida and he’s in L.A. at her house, in her bed,” Bhabie said. “I’m finding out about this. He’s not answering the phone.”
