Houston Texas wide receiver, Stefon Diggs is currently suing model and TV personality, Mulan Hernandez, accusing her of property damage, attempt to extort millions from him and assault. Diggs, 31, seeks $1 million in damages and accuses Hernandez of trespassing, intentional infliction of emotional damage, aiding and abetting, and conspiracy.
Diggs claims Hernandez, who he had a brief casual relationship with, arrived at his house uninvited and aggressively berated him, ignoring his request to leave and destroyed his property, including a high – end gaming PC, a $130,000 watch and throwing his phone in the toilet.
The lawsuit also states that Hernandez was physically violent towards Diggs. He claims the TV personality punched him severally in the chest and also threatened him. She reportedly continued to punch Diggs, who is believed to now be dating rapper Cardi B, in the chest, repeatedly yelling, ‘I’m not going anywhere.’ According to Diggs, Hernandez told him, “You won’t be playing this year,” in regards to his football career.
Diggs also claims that following the initial altercation, Hernandez and one of her friends have tried to extort him for millions. He is also suing the other woman for trespassing and conspiracy.
In a statement shared on Instagram, Hernandez denied the accusations in the lawsuit. “On June 7 th I was assaulted from behind by Stefon Diggs at our residence an incident that resulted in a concussion,” she wrote. “Months later when the mediation HIS LEGAL TEAM REQUESTED did not pan out in his favor I was struck with this FABRICATED STORY publicly. This is clearly an attempt try an get ahead of the truth that is to come. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED. Having to relive this moment is very traumatic for me especially in my time of healing.” Alongside the statement, she shared an alleged hospital report that showed that she suffered a concussion on June 7, 2024.
