The woman who accused Jay Z of raping her speaks up and claims that she is still sticking to her story despite the lawsuit being dropped. Jay Z and Sean Diddy Combs were previously accused of raping the then 13 year old woman. The woman claims that she dropped the lawsuit because Jay Z was bullying her and that she’s terrified of him. She also claims two investigators popped up at her home and tried to get her to admit her claims were false.
The woman also claims the alleged investigators asked her if her attorney Tony Buzbee sought her out as a client and offered her money to pursue false claims against Jay-Z, however, she says she denied. She claims that she was left terrible and worried about how the investigators knew her, despite her identity being anonymous to media outlets and the general public.
The woman also claims that her mother was approached by investigators and asked about the validity of the allegations against Jay Z. In the new documents, she reveals she decided to drop the claim because she was frightened by the reaction from Jay-Z and his supporters, she says she feared she would be publicly outed and subjected to public attacks.
Jay Z has fired back at his accuser, accusing her of being “financially bankrupt.” He claims that the Alabama based accuser lied about the allegations. “Doe has now voluntarily admitted directly to representatives of Mr. Carter that the story brought before the world in court and on global television was just that: a false, malicious story,” Jay-Z’s lawsuit says.
Jay-Z alleges that the lawyers who filed the lawsuit , Tony Buzbee and David Fortney and their client “were soullessly motivated by greed, in abject disregard of the truth and the most fundamental precepts of human decency.”
