Ashanti is having the time of her life.
The singer of Foolish and Nelly talked about their home life with their husband and 7-month-old son Kareem Kendaide KK Haynes more than a year after they were married in a private ceremony in December 2023. Indeed, their child's recent milestones have kept them occupied.
In an exclusive interview that aired on February 25, Ashanti told Will Marfuggi of E! News, He's clapping now, he's noticing everything. He adores Facetime. He reaches for the phone, puts his entire face into it, and begins to smile and laugh. He's standing up in his crib, too. He is so proud that he is persevering.

The 44-year-old said of giving birth to her first child, I am feeling amazing, incredibly pleased, humbled. She also underlined that the couple will absolutely be adding more little ones to their brood in the near future. My life has taken a radical turn for the better.
With their upcoming Peacock reality series, Ashanti and Nelly, both 50, will soon provide an even more intimate look into their lives. What can fans anticipate? Regarding what the series will involve, Ashanti said, Love and positive energy and a lot of laughs.Just letting the world see who we are.
Ashanti has been working hard on her next movie, No Address, which opens in theaters on February 28. The Happy singer views the film, which chronicles the lives of homeless people, as a passion project and served as executive producer. She clarified,It was just so raw and so real and authentic. I believe that spreading the word that this is a global crisis is crucial. I wish to contribute by
trying to raise awareness and spread the word.
Ashanti highlights that she is incredibly happy with her life with Nelly and KK as she fulfills her charitable obligation, exclaiming, I feel full, you know? I have a full cup.
