Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have officially ended their marriage, with court documents confirming the finalization of their divorce nearly 20 weeks after Lopez filed for dissolution on August 20, 2024. The news comes just over two years after the couple tied the knot in an intimate Las Vegas ceremony, later hosting a grander celebration in Georgia.

Despite their separation, Jeniffer tuand Affleck demonstrated a shared commitment to family. In June, they reunited for Affleck’s daughter Violet’s graduation. Later, in September, the former couple attended a family lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel with their children, signaling an amicable co-parenting relationship.
Reflecting on her experience, Lopez recently shared her perspective in a video montage posted on social media. “In my low moments, I’ve learned to feel the feelings and let them go,” she stated, emphasizing her resilience. The actress expressed pride in her ability to navigate personal and professional challenges independently.
Lopez and Affleck each have children from their previous marriages. Lopez shares 16-year-old twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, while Affleck co-parents three children with actress Jennifer Garner.
Despite their romantic split, their mutual respect and dedication to family suggest a hopeful path forward
