The ongoing saga of Cardi B and Offset's divorce has taken a new turn as the Migos rapper was spotted in Dubai with Atlanta-based model Melanie Jayda. According to TMZ reports, Offset and Jayda have been dating for "a couple of weeks," with sources indicating the relationship is still in its early stages, focusing on enjoying each other's "company" and "vibe."

The couple was photographed during a high-end shopping spree at Chanel, where they reportedly spent $100,000. Jayda, sporting a gray halter top and matching skirt, was seen browsing luxury items alongside Offset, who maintained a casual appearance in black trousers and a dark gray shirt.

Their Dubai rendezvous coincides with Offset's scheduled performances over the New Year's holiday, marking their first public appearance together. The timing is particularly noteworthy, coming shortly after a heated online exchange between Offset and his estranged wife, Cardi B.

"Nobody wins when the family fights," Offset posted on X (formerly Twitter) during their recent public spat. The exchange escalated when Cardi responded forcefully, "So dating because I'm single means I'm just worried about d**k?? You sound like a dummy... F**k off and sign the papers TODAY."

The divorce proceedings, initiated by Cardi B in July 2024, came after nearly seven years of marriage. A source close to the situation told Page Six, "They've grown apart. That's what drove her to this decision more than anything else." The couple shares three children: Kulture (6), Wave (3), and a baby girl born in September 2024.

"When you split the custody, I will," Offset stated regarding the divorce papers, highlighting ongoing negotiations about their children's custody arrangements. Despite their public feuding, Cardi B recently acknowledged during an X Spaces livestream that they've achieved a "peaceful" co-parenting relationship: "We ain't beefin'. We ain't really speaking. So I think we're getting to a point that is - we're really healthy co-parenting."
