Earlier this week, a leaked phone call conversation between rapper Young Thug and Devin Haney’s partner, Instagram model Leena Sayed set the internet ablaze. Social media users were quick to point out that at that time when the conversation was recorded, Young Thug was still dating RnB singer, Mariah The Scientist. In the recording, Leena claims she “only wants” Young Thug and doesn’t want anyone else. In the clip, the rapper can be seen and heard advising a visibly distraught Sayed to “move on” and “find love” with someone new.
While the “From A Woman” crooner has yet to publicly address the leaked calls, Thug already issued an apology online. “Sorry to my baby for all this bullsht on the internet,” he tweeted on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24). “Love u baby and f*ck em all we know what’s up with us!” He also added, “I love yo game more than life mommy…”
In his tweet, Thug seemed to refer to Sayed as only his “twin” and explained they were having a serious conversation. He also admitted he had no clue why Sayed got emotional and spoke about loving people.
“Man me and twin was talking bout some whole other serious shit, I don’t know y she spoke on loving other people or anything else cause ain giving no fuck bout no hoes or n****s,” wrote Thug on his X account on Monday night. “I’m the capital P lol that’s my twin and nothing else. Never have never will lol.” Thug continued, “I can have that lil shit right now if I wanted it, but she been pushing the p harder then n****s lol that’s the twin…l got who I want.”
In another leaked call that leaked this week, Thug discussed how much Mariah loves him – to the point that it worries him. “[She loves me] too much. Sometimes too much,” Thug said. “[It scares me how much] because it’s like man if I do something, if I smack something or something like that, you’d probably be devastated.”
