Snoop Dogg is gearing up for a family-filled Thanksgiving, complete with traditional dishes, cherished moments, and maybe even a fun costume.

Appearing on Let’s Go! with Bill Belichick, Maxx Crosby, Peter King & Jim Gray, the rapper shared how he plans to celebrate the holiday with
his loved ones. The father of four, who has nine grandchildren, described his family’s simple yet meaningful approach to Thanksgiving.

“You know, Martha [Stewart] sent me some stuff I don’t know how to cook,” the 53-year-old joked. “My family’s keeping it real basic with the turkey, ham, stuffing, and dressing.”

For Snoop, the highlight of the holidays is spending quality time with his grandkids, who bring a special energy to the day. “I got like nine grandkids, so I really enjoy my time with them. We pull out jumpers and have little activities for them,” he shared.

Adding his signature flair, Snoop revealed he might even dress up for the occasion. “I get to be a character that day. I might put on a costume and not even be Paw-Paw. Maybe I’ll be Buzz Lightyear or something—you know what I’m saying?”

Being a grandfather, he said, is one of the greatest joys of his life. “That’s the love of my life now. To be a grown man with grandkids and enjoy it, it’s everything,” he said.

In September, Snoop opened up to PEOPLE about his role as “Papa Snoop” and how much he treasures making his grandchildren happy. “I love being a grandpa. It’s an accomplishment,” he said, recounting how he goes all out for their birthday parties, dressing up as characters like He-Man or Baby Shark.

“I might complain about it, but I love it,” he admitted. “Seeing the smiles on their faces makes it all worth it.”

This Thanksgiving, Snoop is focused on what matters most: family, fun, and creating lasting memories with his grandkids. Whether he’s carving turkey or playing the part of a beloved character, one thing is certain—he’s bringing joy and love to the holiday table.
