Metro Boomin is facing serious allegations from Vanessa LeMaistre, who has filed a lawsuit claiming that he sexually assaulted and impregnated her in 2016. According to court documents reviewed by TMZ, LeMaistre alleges the incident occurred after she became acquainted with Metro Boomin, whose real name is Leland Wayne, during a trip to Las Vegas. At the time, she was coping with the death of her 9-month-old son and claims to have “hit it off with Metro” despite her grief and depression.
LeMaistre states that Metro invited her to his Los Angeles studio, where she observed him allegedly abusing codeine, despite his friends advising against it. During a later visit to the studio, LeMaistre reportedly took half a Xanax pill and a shot of alcohol to ease her sadness over her son’s passing. She claims she then blacked out and, upon regaining consciousness, found Metro on top of her, allegedly raping her and performing oral sex. She further alleges that she blacked out again and woke up in a Beverly Hills hotel room, with Metro informing her it was time to leave—yet she had no memory of how she arrived there.
Later, LeMaistre discovered she was pregnant, asserting that Metro must have been the father as she had not engaged in sexual activity with anyone else. She ultimately terminated the pregnancy in November 2016. The lawsuit claims she endured mental anguish due to the alleged assault and is now seeking unspecified damages for both emotional distress and punitive reasons.
LeMaistre also accuses Metro of trivializing the incident the following year in his track “Rap Saved Me,” which features 21 Savage, Offset, and Quavo. The song includes lyrics that read, “She took a Xanny...Then she fainted..I’m from the gutter … ain’t no changing.” She interprets these lines as a reference to her experience and an attempt to mock her trauma.
Metro Boomin’s lawyer, Lawrence Hinkle II, strongly denies the allegations, calling the lawsuit a “pure shakedown” and asserting that “these are false accusations.” He further stated, “Mr. Wayne refused to pay her months ago, and he refuses to pay her now. Mr. Wayne will defend himself in court and will file a claim for malicious prosecution once he prevails.”
As the legal process unfolds, Metro Boomin has yet to respond personally, while his representatives have not issued further statements on the matter.
