PNFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce have signed a three-year exclusive deal with Wondery for their popular podcast _New Heights_. The podcast, which debuted in 2022, has become a cultural phenomenon, combining sports commentary with brotherly humor and celebrity interviews. The deal comes ahead of the show's third season, marking another milestone in the booming popularity of sports podcasts.

Travis Kelce, a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Kansas City Chiefs, has recently gained even more fame due to his relationship with
pop star Taylor Swift. Meanwhile, his older brother Jason, who retired from the Philadelphia Eagles after a 13-year career, has transitioned to
a sports analyst role at ESPN.

_New Heights_ has been a huge success, winning the Podcast of the Year award at the 2024 iHeartPodcast Awards. Wondery, known for its high-profile podcast acquisitions, described the Kelce brothers’ show as more than just a sports podcast, emphasizing its cultural impact.

This new deal reflects the growing influence of podcasts, particularly in sports. The medium has seen a dramatic rise in popularity, with podcast audiences increasing by 45% in the past five years. With younger audiences turning away from traditional media like TV, podcasts have become a preferred format for consuming content, driving ad revenue into the billions.

Wondery’s move to secure the Kelce brothers follows similar deals with big names like Dax Shepard and Joe Rogan, underscoring the financial and
cultural power of podcasting.
