The singer, 36, is currently taking a restful vacation in Bali and is reflecting on her physical, mental and emotional journey over the past three years. Lizzo also shared with her fans that she is protecting her peace and taking a gap year from the industry. In the clip posted on Instagram, she stepped onto a balcony while wearing a black one-piece swimsuit, looking up at the sky as it rains.

In May 2023, Lizzo shared with her fans on Tiktok that she is trying her best to “take the physical part of her career seriously.” “I've always loved moving my body. I've always loved working out, she said. “I'm very holistically conscious—like I am very hippie-dippie and woo woo when it comes to food and supplements and just thinking about my body and the environment—and I think a lot of people see a fat person that way an immediately just assume everything they're doing is to be thin. I'm not tryna be thin. I don't ever want to be thin.”

In March, the “about damn time” singer shared with The New York Times that, “The idea of body positivity, it’s moved away from the antiquated mainstream conception.” Lizzo also revealed she's been vegan for a very long time and takes Hee diet very seriously. “I’ve been methodical,
losing weight very slowly,” she said. Lizzo also reveals her workout routines like plates and running on the treadmill, however, she claims she's more inclined to those that make Hee feel good.

Legendary singer, Mariah Carey lost her mother and sister last weekend, but her complicated and toxic relationship with her sister has been revealed. Mariah and her sister, Alison have not met for decades, following her tragic death. According to People magazine, David Baker, a friend of Carey's sister for nine years, claimed Alison hadn't seen the We Belong Together singer since either 1994 or 2002.

Dwayne Johnson recently took a moment to give back to his old college, the University of Miami, and delivered a humorous piece of advice to the students there. On Sunday, September 1st, the 52-year-old Black Adamactor shared a video featuring University of Miami freshmen at the Canes Fest event, where they received some of his Papatui men’s skincare andgrooming products. Johnson described this gesture as a "cool full circle moment."

The video showed several incoming students sampling the products, testing their scents, and sharing their thoughts at the Papatui booth. The feedback from the students appeared to be overwhelmingly positive.

Johnson expressed his excitement in the video caption, noting, “It’s a cool full circle moment  to gift Miami’s incoming freshmen their PAPATUI so they can start their college journey taking better care of themselves.” He humorously recalled his own college days, adding, “The only thing we got as freshmen at Miami was '3 hots and a cot' and a lot of bruises on the field ”

Before reminding everyone that Papatui is available "exclusively at Target," Johnson couldn’t resist offering some lighthearted advice to the new college students: “Study hard, have fun, and try not to get too hammered on Thursday nights, because you still have class on Friday!


Johnson, who joined the University of Miami football team in 1991, earned 77 tackles and 4.25 sacks during his college football career as a defensive lineman, according to the College Football Hall of Fame.

Beyond sharing funny yet practical advice, Johnson is known for offering valuable life lessons to his fans. In an April interview with PEOPLE, he spoke about his mother’s unwavering support, recalling how she encouraged him even during his rebellious teenage years. She’d tell him, "I feel like the world will hear from you one day," even as she picked him up from the police station.

Reflecting on his younger self, Johnson said he would advise that “punk kid” to trust his instincts, listen to his gut, and let it guide him through life. He also humorously noted that he’d tell his younger self to go back to the 7-Eleven in Hawaii, buy all the Snickers he used to steal, and leave them for others to enjoy.

Legendary rapper and hype man Fatman Scoop has tragically passed away at the age of 53. The artist, whose real name was Isaac Freeman III, collapsed on stage during a performance in Hamden, Connecticut, on Friday night. The incident occurred at Hamden Town Center Park, where he was headlining a free concert as part of the Hamden Arts Commission Free Summer Concert Series.

Eyewitnesses reported that the music abruptly stopped, and a hush fell over the crowd as bystanders rushed to assist the fallen artist. Videos circulating on social media show the moment when the rapper collapsed behind the DJ booth, with emergency responders quickly arriving on the scene to administer CPR.

Hamden Mayor Lauren Garrett confirmed the incident on social media, stating, "While performing at Hamden Town Center Park, Fatman Scoop had a medical emergency and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. We will provide updates when they are available. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers."

Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Fatman Scoop was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital. His tour manager announced
his passing on Saturday.

Fatman Scoop rose to fame with his 1999 hit single "Be Faithful," which became a global anthem and solidified his place in the hip-hop world. He was known for his energetic performances and distinctive voice, which made him a sought-after collaborator for many artists. His contributions to tracks like Missy Elliott's "Lose Control" and Mariah Carey's "It's Like That" earned him widespread acclaim and several Grammy nominations.

In a recent interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, A$AP Rocky revealed that Fatman Scoop was featured on his upcoming album, "Don't Be Dumb," alongside other hip-hop legends. This collaboration was highly anticipated by fans.

Fellow rapper and longtime friend Missy Elliott tweeted, "I am heartbroken. Fatman Scoop was a true legend and a dear friend. His energy and spirit were unmatched. Rest in power, Scoop." Mariah Carey also expressed her condolences, saying, "Devastated by the loss of Fatman Scoop. He brought so much joy and energy to every performance. My thoughts are with his family and fans."

The Hamden Arts Commission, which organized the concert, released a statement expressing their condolences: "We are deeply saddened by the passing of Fatman Scoop. He was a phenomenal artist who brought so much joy to our community. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time."
