Cardi B has finally shared her youngest son's name and first photos of him as he celebrated his first birthday.
The rapper revealed that her son with NFL player Stefon Diggs is named Grey Marsean Diggs in an Instagram post on Wednesday, November 4. She shared several pictures of the little boy, including one showing him wearing a baseball cap and diamond chains and another featuring him in striped overalls.
"Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D!!" she wrote.
Cardi also reflected on the year since his birth and how much his arrival meant to her during a difficult period in her life.
"It's only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I've had you at my side forever," she wrote. "I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength."
She added that carrying him had also helped her find strength, writing, "I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like," she continued. "You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit."
The post also included photos of Grey's Halloween outfit. The toddler appeared dressed as a doctor in scrubs and a white coat, with a Grey's Anatomy sign behind him.
Grey is Cardi's fourth child and her first with Diggs. She also has three children with estranged husband Offset: daughter Kulture, son Wave and daughter Blossom.
The Grammy winner announced Grey's arrival in November 2025 but had kept his name and face private until his first birthday. She first revealed that she was expecting a boy during her pregnancy, while Diggs also spoke publicly about becoming a father again.
Cardi and Diggs were first romantically linked in 2025. Their relationship has since been marked by reports of a split and reconciliation, with the pair appearing to be co-parenting their son.
