DJ Khaled is celebrating a major milestone in his health journey and making it clear that he has no plans to slow down. The Grammy winning producer recently shared before and after photos on Instagram, giving fans a look at his ongoing weight loss transformation. At 50 years old, Khaled says he is proud of his progress but insists he is far from finished.

 

“You either win with us or you watch us win,” he wrote in the caption of his post. “I’m just getting started.”

The producer, known for hits like “Wild Thoughts,” has been open about wanting to improve his health and lifestyle. In a series of Instagram Stories, he gave followers a closer look at how he has been shedding the pounds. His approach is simple but consistent. He credits golfing and walking as the foundation of his routine.

“Walk and golf,” he wrote. “I want the weight off and it’s coming off!”

Khaled explained that he aims for 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day, often pushing himself even further. Some days, he reaches 15,000 to 20,000 steps. According to him, hitting at least 10,000 steps sets the tone for the day.

“I’m about to show up to greatness,” he said in one clip. “And once you show up, you gotta put in that work. It’s 10 to 15,000 steps a day, just like I said. I’ve been doing 15 to 20 a day, but as long as you get to 10 to 15, you’re starting off your day incredibly. And everything after that is a bonus.”

His commitment starts early. Khaled shared that he begins his mornings with a workout before eating a healthy lunch. On many days, he fits in a second workout as well. While others may still be in bed, he says he is already outside moving.

“While you’re hugging your pillow, I’m out here walking and golfing,” he told his followers. Rubbing his stomach in another clip, he added, “You gotta understand, I want it off and it’s coming off. Don’t act like you don’t see it coming off.”

Khaled, born Khaled Mohammed Khaled, recently appeared in a Super Bowl commercial for the Wegovy weight loss pill. In a statement, he said he understands how frustrating it can feel to work hard in the gym, eat clean, and stay disciplined without seeing the desired results. As a father and husband, he said he wants to be at his best for his family and was motivated to explore additional options to support his goals.

This is not the first time Khaled has spoken publicly about his health journey. In May 2023, he shared that incorporating golf into his daily routine helped him lose 15 pounds quickly. What started as a hobby became a powerful tool for improving his fitness.

“Some people go to yoga, some people go to the gym. And I love everybody’s choices,” he said at the time. “Because I’ve been to yoga, I’ve been to the gym, but I play golf and it’s been working for me. I love the game and I love what it’s doing for me to move my body.”

He added that golf made him feel more flexible and energized. For Khaled, the benefits went beyond weight loss. He described the feeling after a workout as clean and pure, comparing it to stepping out of the shower, brushing his teeth, and putting on fresh clothes.

For now, Khaled is focused on staying consistent and keeping his momentum strong. His message to fans is clear. The transformation is real, the work is ongoing, and in his words, he is just getting started.
