On Thursday afternoon, Princess posted an Instagram video captioned "Enough is enough," directing her message at Ray J as she discussed their ongoing co-parenting struggles and what she described as constant turmoil. In the video, Princess stated she would never endanger their children, Melody and Epik, including "leaving them with a man who's waving a gun around." She accused Ray J of being seen with the weapon during the livestream and expressed that the situation had crossed a line.
Princess claimed she has been raising their two children alone, while alleging Ray J is "terrorizing" and "abusing" women. She said the incident escalated when she attempted to take the children and leave the home, alleging Ray J pulled a gun on her and her cousin's husband during the confrontation. She also made a separate claim regarding a previous visit, stating she wanted Ray to spend Thanksgiving with the kids but felt she needed to supervise, alleging that the last time he was left alone with them, the children found him "in bed naked with another woman."
In her message, Princess urged Ray J to seek help, telling him, "You're more than drunk," while expressing hope that he would enter rehab and receive support.
Ray J addressed the situation in a now-deleted post, saying he was upset that Princess' cousin's husband entered his room while attempting to take the children. He stated he felt the need to defend his space and believed authorities would understand his position. According to his post, he did not expect the altercation to result in his arrest, emphasizing that he deeply cares about his children.
