Updates on Sean Diddy Combs's legal issues have surfaced.
Over a week has passed since the rapper was placed under arrest by police in New York City and accused of sex trafficking, racketeering, and providing transportation for prostitution. Now, Combs attorney, Marc Agnifilo, is discussing Combs purported freakoffs and the 1,000 bottles of baby oil that were taken from his residence.
I'm not sure where the 1,000 came from, Agnifilo told TMZ during a sneak peek at their upcoming documentary, The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, which will be available on September 25. I can't imagine it's thousands.
Upon verification that the figure originated from the federal record, Combs's lawyer promptly stated that he wasn't really sure what the baby oil has to do with anything, despite the suggestion made in the interview that they were lubricants used during orgies.
I guess, Agnifilo answered. I'm not sure what 1,000 is needed—a bottle of baby oil will do the trick. I'm not sure why you would require $1,000 at all.
And why, in his opinion, did the music mogul initially have such a sizable supply of baby oil?
Agnifilo asserted, He buys in bulk and has a big house. I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home.
He joked, Have you sat in the parking lot of a Costco and seen what people walk out of there with?
And for the final number of 1,000 bottles of baby oil, Agnifilo was hesitant to believe the quantity, saying, I don't think it was a thousand. I think it was—let's just say it's a lot.
He also addressed the subject of Combs Freak Offs, telling TMZ, They called them ‘freak offs. But, you know, back when I was a kid in the late ‘70s, they were called threesomes.
In the document, the 54-year-old was also charged with transporting commercial sex workers across state lines and internationally, as well as planning, supervising, masturbating during, and frequently electronically recording the Freak Offs.
In part to keep the victims obedient and compliant, Combs distributed a variety of controlled substances to them during Freak Offs, the indictment stated, adding that Combs and the victims frequently received IV fluids to recuperate from the exertion and drug use. Sometimes unbeknownst to the victims, Combs kept videos he filmed of victims engaging in sex acts with commercial sex workers.
The baby oil discovery was also described in detail in the indictment, which stated that in or about March 2024, during searches of Combs residences in Miami, Florida, and Los Angeles, California, law enforcement seized various Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.
After being detained in New York City on September 16, Combs entered a not guilty plea to accusations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and providing transportation for prostitution on September 17.
A video of the founder of Bad Boys Entertainment from 1999 surfaced a few days after he was placed under arrest, in which he seemed to predict that one day his extravagant parties would land him in jail.
You're going to hear about my parties; they're going to be shuttin'em down, Combs told Entertainment Tonight at the time. They're going to probably be arresting me, doing all types of crazy things just because we want to have a good time.
He added, They won't even give me a permit for the parties, man. They don't want me to throw the parties any more. But we're not going to stop; we're going to keep on having fun. Bringing people together for all walks of life.
