Legendary twins, Tia and Tamera Mowry have insinuated a drift and this has had fans speculating. This is after Tia revealed that she is no longer close with her sister. According to Tia Mowry, her 2023 divorce from Cory Hardrict had a negative impact on her relationship with her twin, Tamera Mowry Housley. “Being alone has been the most challenging part of my divorce,” Mowry said on her new WE tv docuseries “Tia Mowry: My Next Act,” as seen in a first-look teaser released September 20. “It’s times like this when I feel and wish that my sister and I were still close and I could pick up the phone and call her.”
Social media users claim that if one had watched their reality TV show, it was evident that the pair have not been on good terms. They also shared a clip of Tamera revealing that she did not know that Tia was returning to reality TV. She claims she found out with the rest of the world and she might not make an appearance because Tia did not ask her.
Some fans went ahead to claim Tia was not nice to Tamera on their reality TV show. “ No shade to Tia. If you watched her & Tamera show back in the day she was not the nicest to Tamera… so it’s not shocking they aren’t close. Even being family you can’t expect to treat people a certain way continually & still have the privilege to be close tothem.”
Others claim that what is happening between Tia and Tamera is normal and that people are overreacting. “Tia and Tamera shared that they aren’t as close right now and suddenly everyone’s a family therapist.” “So instead of wishing Tia and Tamera the best on healing and finding their way back to each other… people are writing think piece after think piece and creating narratives out of their ass that blame one or the other. Y’all sound absolutely delusional. You do not know these people in real life. Please…” they wrote, inserting a clip where a man is saying, “please get a damn job.”
