After a massive win against the famous Bayern Munich on Wednesday night at Santiago Bernabeu, Real Madrid are set to play in the UEFA champions league final. This is considered to be the fifteenth final for the club. A huge milestone indeed.

Real Madrid will be facing the famous Borussia  Dortmund at Wembley Stadium. This comes after a massive 2-1 win against Bayern Munich. Two late injury time goals in the 88th and 90th minute from the former Stoke City and Newcastle United player Joselu.

Real Madrid being the competition’s favourite according to most fans, it will be a tough long road ahead having in mind that they will be facing an elite team in a neutral ground. This will be the first time Real Madrid will be playing at Wembley Stadium.

At the age of 34 years, Joselu has made history as the oldest substitute player to score to goals in a Champions League knockout game. He is also the only player who has more than five goals as a substitute in La Liga side this season. Joselu also has the best minutes per goal ratio in the UEFA champions league, one goal every 54 minutes. A splendid stat so far.

The comeback kings have now won more than three matches as after conceding the first goal. That holds the record as the most in UEFA champions league campaign.  Jude Bellingham will be facing his former club Borussia Dortmund in the final. After the game in an interview Jude said “At Wembley against Dortmund...its a weird one, isn’t it?” He couldn’t believe its actually happening.

Real Madrid have made it to Champions league 18th final. Carlo Ancelotti on the other hand has reached the UEFA champions league final for the sixth time in his career. The most by a single manager. Having reached three finals with Real Madrid and three other finals with AC Milan. Since Jude Bellingham’s debut at Real Madrid, his career has been exceptional.

Jude Bellingham has won already his first trophy as a player, the La Liga trophy and now he is eyeing the Champions league trophy. What a season for the young lad?

“ I don’t know if he’ll be sleeping much tonight so he’ll be useless tomorrow in training.  But he deserves it all. He has been an amazing member of the squad throughout the whole season and this is his night.” Jude Bellingham spoke to the press after the match. Hailing Joselu for his unending efforts to make sure they get the  best results ever.
