Ayesha Howard put her child’s father on blast after failing to acknowledge the child they share together and encouraging her to get an abortion because he wants nothing to do with the child. Ayesha Howard shared alleged text messages telling Edwards that she is pregnant, however, he tells her that he won’t be in a child’s life that he doesn’t want. He claims that he “hates” Howard because she is bringing a child in the world that’s going to be without a father.
According to court documents, it was revealed that Anthony Edwards is the father of Howard’s 4-month child. After the paternity test, Edwards has made it known that he does not want to be granted visitation or custody of the baby, instead, his only concern is child support. Anthony and his lawyers also claim that Ayesha was trying to cheat the system by having Aubri in California because she could be potentially be granted more money in child support in the state. They argue that since Ayesha’s real home is in Georgia, she moved to California for a big pay day.
“ Ayesha’s conduct here is unjustifiable and a bad faith to attempt to obtain a higher child support order. Ayesha’s conduct of manufacturing a false reality and using the parties’ child for financial gains should not be tolerated,” Anthony’s lawyers said in a statement to the courts.
According to Ayesha Howard, she moved to California for her own personal reasons and not for the advantage of getting more money for child support as Edwards and his lawyers claim. Despite her plea, a judge ruled that California lacks jurisdiction regarding child support, meaning her case will most likely be handled in Georgia.
Despite Anthony Edwards encouraging Howard to get an abortion before the birth of their daughter, Edwards is actively involved in some of his other children’s lives. He recently celebrated his other daughter’s birthday with a grand party. He shares a child with his current girlfriend, Shannon. This comes as a surprise to many since Howard claims that Edwards does not even check on the well-being of their infant daughter.
After Ayesha Howard was blasted on social media, with some users accusing her of ‘trapping’ Edwards, she took to Instagram to share a screenshot of Edwards texting her back in 2022. “ I don’t normally out my dm’s but listen please stop the “TRAPPED” and the one might stand narrative. This man started pursuing me back in 2022 and literally did not stop pursuing me until he got me and Aubri. He did all the choosing,” she captioned.
