The incident occurred after Rick Ross attempted to play Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us," a diss track that had ended Lamar’s feud with Drake and become a major hit and festival anthem.

In a shocking lawsuit filed against Kanye West and his former staff chief, Milo Yiannopoulos, allegations of forced labor, inhuman treatment, and racial degradation have come to light. The plaintiffs, including both adult and minor employees, claim they were subjected to brutal work conditions while working on an app to promote Kanye's music.

She shares that they were “never close” despite sharing the same father. She also stated that being the rapper’s sister made people bully her.

South African artists Tyla and Makhadzi shone brightly at the 2024 BET Awards, held at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles. Tyla, 22, won Best New Artist and Best International Act, while Makhadzi secured the BET Viewers' Choice: Best International Act.

On Sunday, June 23,  rapper Saweetie performed at the Vegandale Festival in Grant Park, Chicago. Her performance was cut short after a fight broke out in the crows. In the viral footage, Saweetie can be heard telling her DJ to stop the music. “ I know you all ain't doing what I think y’all doing. Is everybody safe?” she asked, shortly after, the attendees could be seen running from the venue.
