DJ Mustard has made headlines again, this time, he is taking his ex-wife Chanel Thierrymto court. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Mustard claims Thierry was trashingnhim online, therefore going against their divorce agreement. He claims Thierry is trying to paint his as a deadbeat dad falsely claiming an equalization payment of $275,000mwas for back child support. In his defense, mustard claims the payment was to balancemout all the luxury cars he kept in the divorce.
DJ Mustard also claims that Thierry has also released his private medical information when she claimed he did not have cancer. Mustard has always been open about health problems in the past, and this public statement goes way beyond the limits of personal conflict into harmful dimensions. He says that Thierry targets him in posts by referring tomhim as a “Gemini Narc” because he is a Gemini.
In now deleted posts, Thierry wrote, “ Check the date, after he filed in May 2022 he claimed to have cancer to make me stay in the house. I left in July, of course no cancer.” She also alleged that Mustard took her through hell for two years and promised to make divorce hell for her. She also claimed his PR team dragged the divorce matter to make her look bad for 2 years.
Mustard claims even though the texts are now deleted, the damage has already been done. He is requesting she retract her harassing, defamatory, false statement and is currently asking the judge to admonish her over violating the order. Mustard says her behavior is negativity affecting their three children.
Chanel Thierry’s lawyers have yet to comment officially as of this post. The lawsuit remains pending, and DJ Mustard is still hoping the case gets resolved quickly with not only a public retraction but also some legal ramifications attached to the alleged defamation by Thierry.
