Among the most serious claims, an unidentified businessman alleges that Combs sexually assaulted him during a Ciroc vodka promotional event around 2022, only stopping when a professional athlete intervened.
The incident, detailed in court documents, allegedly occurred after Combs invited the Los Angeles-based luxury car and jewelry rental business owner to his private office during the event. The lawsuit states that an intoxicated Combs exposed himself and forcibly grabbed the plaintiff's genitals before the situation was defused by the unnamed athlete's arrival.
These allegations emerge amid a broader wave of legal actions against Combs, including a particularly disturbing lawsuit claiming he participated in the rape of a 13-year-old girl at a VMAs afterparty in September 2000. Currently, Combs remains in federal custody in Brooklyn without bail, having pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
High-profile attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the recent plaintiffs, has stated that over 100 individuals have come forward with allegations against Combs. The music mogul's legal team has strongly contested these claims, asserting in a recent statement that they are "clear attempts to garner publicity" and maintaining their client's innocence.
