The image, shared by influencer Maria Ozuna Teachey, depicted a tall man with large hands embracing her from behind. Given O’Neal’s distinctive build, many quickly assumed it was him. Teachey captioned the photo, “Unapologetically us. Can y’all guess who feet? #loveyou.” This particular message made the rumours worse , with fans and concluding that the mystery man was indeed Shaq. Themphoto, which showed the man’s hands placed over Teachey’s chest, quickly went viral.
In response to the speculation, Shaq addressed the rumors in his typical humorous style. He posted a video on Instagram featuring five different
women and captioned it, “Is this my girlfriend too, trust me I’ll let y’all know who my woman is, and by the way my woman name is Shaqirah.” He further added, “I will let y’all know when I’m in love."
Despite Shaq’s denial, Teachey seemed to suggest otherwise. In a comment reported by Atlanta Black Star, she wrote, “Come on Kid. A time was had. Why he lie to yall man. Yall have a great night.” She also shared a video of a hotel card addressed to “Shaquille” and footage from a DJ set, seemingly performed by Shaq, further hinting at their connection.
