As the 32-time Grammy winner recently revealed, she's determined to keep herchildren as grounded as possible. She shares twins Sir and Rumi, 7, and daughter Blue, 12, with her husband Jay-Z.

And how does the singer of Protector manage to reconcile upholding the status quo with advancing her career?
She clarified,I plan my work schedule around my family; I try to limit my touring to my children's summer vacation. I've always envisioned a life in which I could travel the world with my family and introduce them to various cultures, languages, and architectural styles.
The 43-year-old did, however, observe that ;raising three kids isn't easy.
She went on, As they age, they increasingly develop into independent people with distinct needs, interests, and social lives. God sent me my twins. Parenting is an ongoing self-education program. It requires a lot of patience and prayer. I adore it. It's gratifying and rooted.
Having her threesome by her side at all times is, in fact, one of the most satisfying aspects.
