After sharing a mysterious message on her feed on September 2, the Girls Trip actress decided to make her Instagram account private.
According to Jada's post,A man can choose to belong to someone. And he is regarded as noble if he succeeds. It is said to women, You HAVE to belong to someone, or else you are not worthy.
The 52-year-old furthered the message by captioning the image, saying, Even in some of our great religious traditions, the goddess is rendered powerless without her male counterpart. And in others, the spiritual influence of Mother is not even recognized in the feminine.
We mere mortal women are worthy simply because we exist! she continued. And those of us who have cultivated our Queendom within our inner kingdom and have a deep relationship with the Great Supreme ... if we so choose to bond with someone from this space ... we will erect monumental love and give birth to treasures.
Jada's message concluded with a note to her followers, urging them not to bond in fear, for they are greatness.
The Matrix actress—who shares son Jaden, 26, and daughter Willow, 23, with estranged husband Will Smith—has yet to comment on her decision to make her Instagram private.
Jada has been more open about her personal life over the past year, particularly her relationship with Will. They disclosed in October of last year that they had not planned to finalize their split, despite having been apart since 2016.
I pledged that there would never be a cause for us to file for divorce, she said to NBC News in the previous year. We will work through whatever, and I just haven't been able to break that promise.
As she has said before, Jada is grateful to have the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star as her life partner, no matter where their journey takes them.
To know that I have someone by my side that, no matter what, is dedicated to learning how to love and learning how to love me, and vice versa, she said on PRETTYSMART in February. I don't know what else you could ask for.
