Chrissy Teigen is reminiscing about her family vacation in Mexico. On Sunday, July 7, the model and cookbook author, 38, shared a nostalgic carousel post on Instagram, looking back on her recent trip with her husband, John Legend, and their kids.
"Home now. Love you, Mexico, forever and always," her caption began. "Also, have any of you tried geocaching? I just started! It's like a world scavenger hunt with escape room vibes. Let me know any good apps for it! 🤍🤍🤍"
The first photo shows Teigen petting a horse while wearing an oversized white shirt. Following that, there's a snap of a chef serving a dish featuring shrimp and peas in a large pan. Next, her daughter Esti Maxine, 17 months, appears in a red and white striped romper with playful pigtails. Esti also sports white sandals and has a bandage on her left knee, possibly from a tumble.
Teigen and Esti are then seen taking a dip in a swimming pool, with Teigen smiling as Esti is about to splash in the water. Teigen, fully clothed in a black strappy dress, watches her youngest daughter play.
Teigen and Legend's other children — daughter Luna Simone, 8, and son Wren Alexander, 1 — also feature in the post. Wren is shown smiling while holding a Cabbage Patch doll on a couch, and Luna is cradling a small piglet. Although their son Miles Theodore, 6, was also on the vacation, he is not featured in the post.
Other photos in the carousel include the family's Lego creations from the trip, such as a mini piano made for Legend, 45, which he appears to have signed.
This post follows their return home to Los Angeles, where Teigen and her family baked cookies on the Fourth of July. Sharing clips of the activity on her Instagram Stories, Teigen zoomed in on a giraffe-shaped cookie with yellow and brown icing, saying, "Hell, yeah, hell, yeah." She also posted a photo of a crocodile-shaped cookie, writing, "Don't talk to me unless you are this talented."
