Bebe Rexha and G-Eazy, who collaborated on the 2015 hit Me, Myself and I and Rexha's 2017 track F.F.F. have seemingly fallen out. On June 13, Rexha shared and then deleted an Instagram Story criticizing G-Eazy after receiving a message asking about collaborating on social media content with him in New York.

Rexha's post included a screenshot of the group chat and a message directed at G-Eazy: “@g_eazy you have my number. Why don’t you text me and ask me yourself, you stuck up ungrateful loser.” She continued, “You’re lucky people are liking you again. Cause I could go in on all the s**ty things you’ve done and how you treated me after giving you your only real hit,” referring to Me, Myself & I  She concluded, “My answer is no. Hope you good.”

Despite deleting the post, Rexha addressed the situation on X explaining, “Someone from my team had me take down my Instagram story. I decided to remove it because it felt very negative and toxic. Sometimes trauma can lead us to react that way, and that period of my life was traumatizing. I am writing this because I regret taking it down and I want to say that I still stand by what I said.”

Rexha's outburst contrasts her past comments about their professional relationship. In a 2017 interview with HipHopDX, she had said, “We’re like the same person. We’re both 27. We both went to school for music management. We love music. I think we’re just kind of on the same wavelength when it comes to just wanting to be iconic. Working with him is just such an incredible energy and chemistry.”

G-Eazy has not publicly responded to Rexha's remarks. Currently, he is busy promoting his new music video for Anxiety" and preparing for his upcoming album Freak Show, set for release on June 21.
