Kristina Khorram, once known as the highly respected chief of staff to music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, has now found herself entangled in one of the most controversial entertainment industry scandals of the decade. As lawsuits and federal investigations mount against Diddy for alleged sex trafficking, racketeering, and abuse, Khorram’s name has surfaced repeatedly, transforming her from a behind-the-scenes executive into a lightning rod of public and legal scrutiny.
Khorram began working with Diddy’s company in 2013 and rose to the position of director of the Chairman’s office before being promoted to chief of staff in 2020. Diddy often praised her publicly, calling her his “right hand” and “soul sister,” emphasizing the level of trust and influence she held within his inner circle. But in recent lawsuits, particularly those filed by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones and other former employees, Khorram is accused of facilitating many of the alleged criminal activities that now threaten to dismantle Combs’ empire.
According to court documents, Khorram was allegedly responsible for coordinating “Freak Offs”—parties that reportedly involved sex workers, drugs, and excessive alcohol, all under Diddy’s direction. Plaintiffs claim she not only ordered sex workers but also directed staff to transport narcotics like cocaine, GHB, and ecstasy for these events. These allegations have led to comparisons between Khorram and Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted associate of Jeffrey Epstein.
Former employees and associates, including Cassie Ventura and assistant Phil Pines, have also accused Khorram of enabling abuse and covering up Diddy’s violent behavior. Pines testified that she actively suppressed reports of Diddy’s physical aggression and warned staff against speaking out. The lawsuits argue she “knowingly and intentionally participated in, perpetrated, assisted and facilitated a sex‑trafficking venture.”
Despite the serious accusations, Khorram has not been criminally charged. She issued a public statement through her legal team denying all involvement. “I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone,” she said. “Nor have I ever drugged anyone… The idea that I could be… a bystander to rape is beyond upsetting… I’m confident the allegations will be proven untrue.”
