Sean "Diddy" Combs spent a markedly different Christmas this year, celebrating the holiday in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. The 54-year-old has been in custody since his September arrest at Manhattan's Park Hyatt hotel, facing charges of racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Combs, who has pleaded not guilty, awaits his federal trial scheduled for May 2025.

Denied bail twice, Diddy adjusted to life behind bars during the festive season. Reports indicate he spends his recreational hours playing basketball and card games with other inmates. A former inmate revealed, "He's well-liked inside prison. People are getting along with him."

Christmas Day meals at the detention center provided a stark contrast to the luxury Diddy is accustomed to. Breakfast at 6 a.m. included fruit, cereal, breakfast cake, and skimmed milk. Lunch, served at 11 a.m., offered a choice between Cornish hen or BBQ tofu, accompanied by macaroni and cheese, spinach, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, a holiday dessert, and a beverage. Dinner consisted of two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on whole wheat bread, potato chips, fruit, and a beverage.

As 2025 approaches, Diddy faces a tumultuous year of legal proceedings. Over 100 individuals have filed lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and exploitation, with allegations spanning 25 states and some dating back to 1991. Houston-based lawyer Tony Buzbee represents the alleged victims, some of whom were reportedly minors at the time of the alleged incidents.

Diddy's attorney, Eric Wolff, responded to the accusations, emphasizing the star's denial of all allegations. Wolff stated, "As Mr. Combs' legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus. That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation."
