Grammy-winning artist Lizzo has addressed speculation surrounding her recent weight loss, after debuting a slimmer figure on social media. Following her posts on Instagram in mid-September, some fans questioned whether she had used the diabetes medication Ozempic, often linked to weight loss. One user went as far as asking if she had used the drug or "snorted coke" to shed pounds. Lizzo, never one to shy away from criticism, responded directly to the comment with, "Whyyyy do u follow me?" accompanied by crying emojis. On September 20, she further mocked the accusations by sharing a screenshot of the comment on Instagram, captioned, "oZeMpIc oR cOkE?" deficit. To underscore this point, she posted a montage of her intense gym sessions, tagging her trainer Corey Calliet, who also works withstars like Michael B. Jordan.Despite the rumors and critiques, the “Truth Hurts” singer remains a strong advocate of body positivity.
