Snoop Dogg recently revealed his passion for collecting handbags. In a new episode of Vogue's video series In the Bag, the 52-year-old rapper shared what he’s been carrying around at the Paris Summer Olympics, where he's been working as a special correspondent for NBC. Before unpacking the contents of his large red and white tote bag, adorned with his stage name and the Olympics logo, Snoop enthusiastically discussed his extensive collection of bags. "I adore bags of all kinds—backpacks, handbags, totes," he said. "I wouldn't call it a 'man purse' because it's not. I think I own fewer than a thousand but more than five hundred."

The artist explained that he's always had a fascination with bags and continues to collect them while at the Olympics. "I visited the Olympic training facility yesterday and left with a couple of bags," he mentioned.

Among his daily essentials, the "Drop It Like It's Hot" rapper carries perfume, an Xbox controller, Biscoff cookies, an iPad, and jewelry.

Snoop Dogg's distinctive style has always been a hallmark of his persona. "It's all about the outfit," he told Vogue, dressed in a red, white, and blue tracksuit. "The bag and the outfit have to match. Everything must coordinate. One thing about me is everything has to be uniform. It needs to feel cohesive. If you look at this bag and this suit, they match perfectly."

While attending Olympic events, Snoop has made a statement with custom T-shirts featuring popular Team USA athletes like gymnast Simone Biles and tennis star Coco Gauff. "We‘re giving Snoop Dogg’s shirt a perfect 10," NBC Sports captioned a video of him wearing a Biles shirt on Sunday, July 28.

The next day, Gauff, 20, gave a shout-out to the rapper for his custom shirt dedicated to her. “Snoop has good fashion,” the tennis player wrote on her Instagram Stories, along with a photo of him in the shirt.

In a video posted by the United States Tennis Association, Team USA, and the Women’s Tennis Association, Snoop is seen giving Gauff a pin featuring himself blowing smoke in the shape of the Olympic rings. "Got something for you, beautiful. This is for you. Great game today. Go, USA," the new coach on The Voice says in the Instagram clip, to which Gauff responds, "Hey, Mr. Snoop. Thanks for this pin. This is the best pin I've ever gotten."
