Megan Thee Stallion will join Vice President Kamala Harris at a campaign rally in Atlanta on July 30th (Tuesday) demonstrating her support for Harris's presidential bid. Megan confirmed her participation yesterday on Instagram, posting, "ATL HOTTIES SEE YOU TOMORROW  This appearance is a continuation of Megan's public support for Harris, having previously attended a Women's History Month brunch hosted by Harris in Washington, DC.

Harris has garnered significant support from various celebrities. Beyoncé allowed Harris to use her song "Freedom" in campaign events, and other stars like Cardi B, Charli XCX, Demi Lovato, John Legend, George Clooney, and Mark Hamill have also endorsed Harris. Charli XCX's latest album "Brat" has even become a branding tool for Harris's campaign.

In a video featuring "Freedom," Harris addresses the nation, saying, "There are some people who think we should be a country of chaos, of fear, of hate. But us, we choose something different. We choose freedom." Harris has also engaged with pop culture and social media, recently joining TikTok and appearing in a video with *NSYNC’s Lance Bass.

The rally in Atlanta marks Harris's first event in Georgia since announcing her candidacy. Kevin Munoz, a campaign official, confirmed to Newsweek that Megan Thee Stallion, whose legal name is Megan Pete, will perform. This event comes after a series of high-profile endorsements and public appearances by Harris, who is working to close the gap in national polling against former President Donald Trump.

Recent polls show a tight race in key swing states like Georgia. A poll by Landmark Communications indicates Harris leading Trump by 1.3 percentage points among likely voters, while an Emerson College Polling and The Hill survey shows Trump leading Harris by 2 percentage points in Georgia. Megan's performance at the rally aligns with a broader trend of artists and public figures backing Harris.
