Christina Hall has opened up about her divorce from Josh Hall, calling him an “insecure man with a large ego” and accusing him of taking $35,000 from her bank account. "I have worked my ass off to build this life for myself and my children and anyone who would try and take what they do not deserve/ what they did NOT work for should be ashamed. An insecure man with a large ego can sure try and derail you- but 'still i rise."

Court documents revealed that Josh allegedly transferred the money from Christina's separate property rental income on the same day he listed their separation date in his divorce filing. Christina requested that Josh account for the funds and return them, as they were meant for property-related expenses. Despite her accusations, Josh has denied any wrongdoing.

Christina expressed frustration over the narrative she expects from her ex’s PR team, suggesting they would claim he was blindsided by the divorce and is working on self-improvement. "I'm over here not as niceand quiet as I used to be," she stated. Reflecting on the difficulties of divorce, she noted, "Divorces do not happen overnight ... & there is always a breaking point. This one is personal."

The couple, who married in a secret courthouse ceremony in October 2021 followed by a celebration in Hawaii, had been facing marital issues for some time, according to sources. Christina's filing listed their separation date as July 7, while Josh listed it as July 8. Josh has also requested spousal support and equal division of their shared Newport Beach home and Christina’s HGTV show rights.

The pair were filming a new HGTV reality competition series, "The Flip Off," where they were set to compete against Christina’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his new wife, Heather Rae El Moussa. The future of the show remains uncertain, but Christina has continued filming, with Tarek publicly offering his support.

Reflecting on their relationship, Christina shared that working together on her series "Christina in the Country" was challenging due to the dynamics on and off camera.
