Bad Bunny is eager to step back into the WWE ring, despite his mother’s concerns. In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the Grammy-winning artist shared his passion for wrestling and hinted at a potential return. The 30-year-old Puerto Rican singer, born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, expressed his desire to compete again after making four memorable WWE appearances. “I want to do it one more time,” he said. “I want to put my life at risk in the ring. I feel like I didn’t risk it enough last time, and I want to do it. I want to scare my mother. When? I don’t know.”

Bad Bunny revealed that he stays connected with WWE and hopes to find the right moment to prepare for another stint. “We’re always paying attention to what’s happening. I hope there’s a time where I can really train, like I did before. I’d love to dedicate more time to getting physically ready,” he added.

The “La Canción” singer even joked about pursuing wrestling full-time. “Sometimes, I think about quitting everything and becoming a wrestler full-time,” he said. “I’d love to be a heel. I’ve always been more of a fan of the villains than the good guys.”

Bad Bunny reflected on his role in bringing WWE to Puerto Rico in 2023, calling it a great experience for both the company and fans. “It was nice to see it happen,” he said. “They saw it worked, and now they’re going to other places like Mexico and France.”

The artist made his WWE debut in February 2021, winning the WWE 24/7 Championship against Akira Tozawa. He later teamed up with Damien Priest at WrestleMania 37 to defeat The Miz and John Morrison. In 2023, he returned for WrestleMania 39 and WWE Backlash, where he won a San Juan Street Fight against Priest in his home country.

Outside of wrestling, Bad Bunny remains a dominant force in music. He released three studio albums in three years, including Un Verano Sin Ti, which earned him a Grammy for Best Música Urbana Album in 2022. His latest album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos, dropped on January 5, 2024, further solidifying his impact in the industry.
