Bianca Censori may soon become involved in a courtroom battle linked to her husband, Kanye West, after a former employee identified her as a potential witness in an ongoing lawsuit tied to the rapper’s Malibu property renovation.
According to court filings, former project manager Tony Saxon has indicated he intends to call Censori to testify when the case proceeds to trial on February 21. While the exact relevance of her testimony has not been detailed, her name appearing in legal documents signals she could play a role in the proceedings if the request moves forward.
The dispute stems from Saxon’s employment at West’s oceanfront Malibu mansion beginning in September 2021. In his complaint, Saxon alleges he was hired to manage the renovation project while also acting as caretaker and round-the-clock security. He claims he regularly worked extended shifts and endured harsh conditions, at one point saying he was putting in “brutal 16 hour days” and sleeping on the floor using a coat for bedding to keep up with the job’s demands.
Tensions reportedly escalated two months into the arrangement when Saxon objected to renovation instructions, he considered unsafe. He alleges West directed him to remove structural elements such as windows, plumbing and electrical systems and proposed running large generators indoors. Saxon says he raised safety concerns, warning of “extreme danger,” but claims he was met with threats after refusing to comply.
In the filing, Saxon states West told him, “If you don’t do what I say, you’re not going to work for me,” and warned he would be treated as an“enemy” if he continued to resist the requests. Saxon says he stood by his objections and was dismissed immediately afterward. He is now pursuing compensation for unpaid wages and multiple alleged labor code violations.
West has strongly rejected the accusations. Through legal counsel, he has argued that any damages Saxon claims to have suffered were not caused by him and has maintained that some of the work referenced was undertaken without his knowledge. His legal team has asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit entirely.
As the trial date approaches, attention is likely to focus on witness participation and the scope of testimony presented. Should she be called, Censori’s involvement would introduce a personal dimension to the dispute, although it remains uncertain whether she will ultimately take the stand or what information she may provide.
