In a conclusion to a months-long legal battle, Aileen Lopera, the influencer and model known professionally as Lord Giselle, has effectively resolved her paternity and child support lawsuit against NFL star Stefon Diggs. The resolution comes after DNA testing formally confirmed that the New England Patriots wide receiver is the biological father of Lopera’s infant daughter, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.

The legal dispute began in December 2024, when Lopera filed a petition in Los Angeles County Superior Court to establish a parental relationship while she was still pregnant. In her initial filings, Lopera sought legal and physical custody of the child, as well as reimbursement for pregnancy related medical expenses and attorney’s fees. Diggs, 31, responded to the suit in mid-July 2025, stating at the time that he was “not certain” of his biological connection to the child and requested genetic testing to make an official determination.

The confirmation of paternity was made public in November 2025. Lopera’s attorney, Tamar G. Arminak, released a statement confirming the DNA results, saying, “We can confirm that Mr. Diggs is the father. We are hopeful he will meaningfully contribute to the child’s life and co-parent with our client.” Following the confirmation, the focus of the legal proceedings shifted from establishing paternity to finalizing a support and custody agreement. By early 2026, insiders indicated that the adversarial nature of the lawsuit had cooled, with both parties moving toward a private settlement to ensure the child’s needs are met.

The timing of the paternity battle drew intense public interest, as it coincided with Diggs’ high-profile relationship with rapper Cardi B. Just as the court filings regarding Lopera’s daughter became a national headline in September 2025, Cardi B announced she was pregnant with Diggs’ child. Despite the overlapping headlines and social media speculation, Lopera has remained focused on her daughter, Charliee, who was born in April 2025.

With paternity no longer in question, Diggs has reportedly expressed a desire for joint legal and physical custody, as indicated in his original response to the court. As the 2026 NFL offseason begins, the focus for both Diggs and Lopera appears to be on establishing a functional co-parenting dynamic.
