Cardi B has added to her growing collection of dermal implant piercings while visiting Precision Body Piercings in New York City.

The 33-year-old Grammy winner got two diamond studs on the nape of her neck and two diamond studs on her lower back despite giving birth to her fourth child one month ago.

The Association of Professional Piercers urges mothers to 'wait at least three months after the delivery of their children' to get piercings in order to allow for the full recovery of their immune systems.

Cardi couldn't help but squeal in pain a bit as owner Robbie Milian inserted the piercings just beneath the surface of her tattooed skin.

The rapper already has one underneath her left eye and she hinted to TMZ in 2022 that she might have pierced her 'c******' at some point.

And on January 27, Cardi B tweeted that she had her 'butt crack pierced' with a $13,000 diamond piece of jewelry which later wound up 'down the toilet.'

The half-Dominican and half-Trinidadian star and Offset share three children - daughter Kulture, seven; son Wave, four; and daughter Blossom, 15 months - but she filed for divorce in 2024 after six years of marriage.

She now shares her newborn baby boy with Stefon Diggs who also has a nine-year-old daughter Nova with an unidentified woman, and seven-month-old daughter Charliee with Aileen Lopera.

On Monday, Cardi B officially 'began prep' for her 36-date Little Miss Drama Tour, which kicks off February 11 at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA.

The tour is in support of the artist's second studio album Am I the Drama?, which is currently No. 21 on the Billboard 200 chart after debuting at No. 1 10 weeks ago.

But first, Cardi B will next compete for the best rap performance trophy at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards, which airs February 1 on CBS/Paramount+.
