Zendaya and Tom Holland might be engaged, but according to her longtime stylist Law Roach, wedding planning hasn't even begun.
Speaking to E! News at the Las Culturistas Culture Awards on July 17, Roach said, "The process hasn't even started yet." He explained that Zendaya has been tied up with a busy filming schedule, including her current work on the next Dune movie. "She's now filming the next iteration of Dune, so she's away doing that. It's so many movies, so we have time. We have a lot of time," he added.

Roach has been styling Zendaya since 2011. He made it clear there's no rush and definitely no dress fittings happening yet. "Zendaya will be a secret bride," he said when asked what kind of bride Zendaya would be.

Their engagement first became public after Zendaya stepped out at the 2025 Golden Globes wearing a noticeable ring. A family source told People that Holland proposed during the holidays at one of Zendaya's family homes while another insider added that Tom has always been crazy about Zendaya and he always knew she was the one.

Tom's father, Dominic Holland, later revealed in a blog post that his son had gone the traditional route before proposing. "He had purchased a ring. He had spoken with her father and gained permission to propose to his daughter," he wrote, adding that Tom had everything planned, right down to what he'd wear and what he'd say.

Although they're both globally recognized stars, Zendaya and Holland have always preferred to keep their relationship away from the spotlight. They've consistently made it clear that maintaining personal boundaries is important to them. Zendaya has previously mentioned that while parts of her life may inevitably attract public attention, she's intentional about what she allows the world to see.

Roach spoke warmly about the couple's connection, saying, "I'm really excited because I know that they really love each other and they have for a really long time. The fact that the world has been able to share in that love story, I think it's really beautiful."
