Cassie Ventura, former girlfriend of Sean "Diddy" Combs, has delivered emotional and disturbing testimony during Combs' ongoing sex trafficking trial in New York, detailing years of alleged abuse, manipulation, and coercion.

Testifying while eight months pregnant, Ventura, 38, described how she was only 22 when Combs first introduced her to "freak offs" — orchestrated sex encounters involving male escorts, drugs, and alcohol. "I was confused, nervous, but also loved him very much," she said. The first experience occurred at one of Combs' Los Angeles homes, where she wore a masquerade mask and took ecstasy and alcohol before engaging in acts with a paid escort.

Cassie told the court the events were "elaborate and produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded." According to her, sessions sometimes lasted four days a week and became so frequent that they impacted her health and career. "Freak offs became a job where there was no space to do anything else but to recover and just try to feel normal again," she testified.

She claimed Combs exerted complete control over her life, including her career and personal appearance. "Sean controlled a lot of my life, whether it was my career, the way I dressed, everything, everything. I just didn't have much say in it at the time," she said.

Ventura recounted being subjected to degrading acts, including being urinated on against her will. "It was obvious I didn't want to be on the ground being urinated on by two men," she testified. Despite voicing discomfort, she said she participated out of fear of angering Combs and being blackmailed with recorded footage. "I just didn't want to make him upset," she added.

Physical abuse was also a central aspect of her testimony. She claimed Combs would "mash me in the head, knock me over, drag me, kick me, stomp me in the head if I'm down." In a 2016 hotel surveillance video shown in court, Combs was seen punching and dragging Ventura. "You make the wrong face and the next thing I knew I was getting hit in the face," she said.
