Rapper and business mogul, Sean Diddy Combs has been faced with controversy ranging from sexual abuse to trafficking to physical assault. In a new lawsuit, Diddy is accused of dangling Cassie’s friend off a 17 th floor balcony, allegedly referred to himself as the “motherfucking devil.”

Bryana “Bana” Bongolan who previously designed clothes for Diddy filed a complaint, accusing the rapper of trying to kill her. According to the documents, Diddy sexually battered Miss Bonglan, dangled her off a 17 story high balcony and then slammed her into the patio furniture on the balcony.

“His outrageous and abhorrent conduct violated Ms. Bongolan’s fundamental dignity, bodily autonomy and sense of safety. The event was a culmination of a series of threats, intimidation and violence that colored many of Ms. Bongolan’s interactions with Mr. Combs from the day she met him.”

The document continues, “Mr. Combs’ threats that he was the ‘motherfucking devil’ and that ‘he could kill’ her were intended to terrorize, intimidate and instill fear. Therefore when he forcefully groped her breasts, dangled her from a balcony and battered her, she reasonably believed that Mr. Combs’ assault was him making good of his threats.” The filing also says, “the only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually
kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety. It should be no surprise that is actually what happened to Ms. Bongolan.”

Bongolan claims that on that day, Combs showed up to Ventura’s apartment and “began shouting and banging on the door.” Bongolan instructed her unnamed then-girlfriend to “hide in the guest bathroom and lock the door” because she knew “of his violent temper,” according to the suit.

Attorneys for Combs said the musician, who is currently is custody awaiting trial on federal charges, “firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.” “He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the judicial process,” his lawyers’ statement said in part. “In court, the truth will come to light, demonstrating that the claims against Mr. Combs are without merit.”
